Strategic partner Enterprise software and AI, delivered together

Sellvio — a webshop on a rented platform, with no maintenance on you

Sellvio is a finished webshop platform that is developed further every month. Updates, security and legal compliance are the platform's job, not yours. We build it, connect it to how you actually work, and stay with you after launch.

What Sellvio is

Not only a shop engine. The webshop, the company site, the booking system and ticket sales are all built on the same platform, so if you need more later, there are no separate systems to wire together.

  • A webshop for retail and for partner sales, with a separate price list per partner
  • A company site and product catalogue, if you do not want to sell online yet
  • A booking system for time slots or places
  • Ticket sales for events
  • A news portal, up to tens of thousands of readers a day

Who it is for

  • You are starting out and want a live shop in weeks rather than months.
  • You have a shop, but it is old, slow, or every small change costs developer hours.
  • You would move from another system and take your products and orders with you.
  • You do not want to run anything: no server, no updates, no backups.

What the platform does

Integrations in a click

Payment and delivery providers, invoicing and ERP systems, chat, social login, marketing automation, product comparison sites. They are switched on, not built.

AI in the daily work

Product descriptions generated from an EAN code or a PDF, SEO blog copy, translation of the whole shop, image editing, competitor tracking, and pricing suggestions from cost price and your target margin.

Technical SEO from the start

Not a plugin added afterwards: both the themes and the delivered system score above 95% on the Semrush quality test.

Security and monitoring

Firewall at server and shop level, continuous monitoring, protection against overload, professional backups, a monthly security audit.

Monthly updates

New features, new integrations, security fixes and legal compliance are all part of the subscription. No separate upgrade project arriving two years later.

216 ready design templates

Each one worked out for phone, tablet and desktop. If none fits exactly, we customise it, which is still cheaper than designing from scratch.

Behind the platform

Who builds Sellvio

The platform is built by ErdSoft, part of the Sonrisa Technologies group since 2022 — the same partner we deliver our larger systems with. Several sites built on Sellvio won awards in 2024 at the Hungarian Webshop of the Year and Website of the Year competitions.

What we add

The platform on its own is software. It becomes a working shop when someone walks your products, prices and delivery rules through it, and is there when you have a question.

  • We go through what you sell and how, before configuring anything.
  • We upload the products, build the categories, set prices, delivery and tax.
  • We connect payment and invoicing, with Romanian and Hungarian providers alike.
  • If something is missing from the platform, we build it alongside — that is what we have done in business systems for ten years.
  • We work in Hungarian and Romanian, and you have someone to turn to after launch.

How it runs

  1. Consultation

We look at what you sell and to whom, and whether Sellvio really is your path. If it is not, we say so.

  2. Setup and upload

Choosing the template, products, categories, prices, delivery and payment methods.

  3. Testing and launch

Test orders taken through to confirmation and invoice, then going live.

  4. Afterwards

The platform is updated by its provider, and we stay reachable on your side.

How long

A shop with an ordinary catalogue usually goes live in 3 to 6 weeks. Most of the time goes on product data rather than on the system: if the images and descriptions are in order, it is faster.

Pricing logic

  • Sellvio is a rented platform: a monthly fee, not a one-off purchase. In return, updates, the security audit and maintenance are included.
  • The monthly fee depends on the size of the catalogue, how many languages you run, and which integrations you need. You receive it in writing after the consultation.
  • The rollout — template, product upload, configuration, connections — is a one-off fee, also in writing, up front.
  • If you want custom development alongside the platform, that is quoted separately, per project.

When Sellvio is not the answer

Sellvio is right when your process fits inside a well-built commercial system. But if your ordering logic really is specific — custom ticket types, named vouchers, group pre-booking, a flow that reaches back into production — then custom development is the correct answer. We can do that too, and in that case that is what we recommend.

The Kingdom at Work event site, for example, sells named tickets and gift vouchers: every ticket has its own code and page, and validity is checked by the system on scanning. That is custom development, and it runs in production.
